About Me

Vanessa Price
So who am I?
I am someone who took a long time to figure out my purpose. I spent 15 years in childcare and life management, dabbled in costume design, theatre and interior design.
It was a slow rise of consciousness to get to where I am.
I started with health, then self awareness and finally I found spirituality. I spent a year with myself. Educating myself on the parts of me I liked, didn’t like, and didn’t know existed. A dark night of the soul, if you will.
I went through a break-up, a health journey, a career end, moving continents and dealing with my codependency issues. I WENT THROUGH IT.
It was in this state of sheer terror, isolation and growth that I had clarity. I realized I was good at something that came as naturally as breathing: listening and being there for people in need.
I found embodiment coaching first and learned the power of dropping into the body to find the answers I was searching for in logic. I learned to be present with my emotions and to honor my anger and grief. I was then able to feel the joy all the more clearly.
Next I found soul purpose coaching. This allowed me to see the life we live as a sum of all its parts and how most of us are too scared or blocked to live life to its fullest. I believe we are all here to live life, not run on auto-pilot. And I believe our purpose changes and evolves with us. This is what makes life dynamic and interesting.
I love the transformative process that happens when people start to live aligned with their soul's purpose.
The question of ‘who am I’ is what I want to help others uncover - all parts of themselves. And how those parts make up the whole soul that you are.
So that's me.
