Soul Purpose Coaching
What is your reason for living? What does your soul crave? Who are you as an ENTIRE person? This is what we will work on in 1:1 coaching. We dive deep. Maybe you are transitioning jobs, wanting to focus on yourself or in a moment in time where you know you need to make a change.
We spend the first session formulating a game plan, getting clear on what you wish to work on and the areas of your life you need support. Then we spend the recurring sessions on blocks, blind spots and integrating the desired changes. This container is for you if you are ready to commit to finally living the life you know you were meant to live.

Teen Soul Purpose Coaching
I work with teens to ask them ‘who are you ? ' I am there to help them define their values and beliefs. To connect them to their intuition and provide a deeper sense of trust within themselves.
I use embodiment coaching to help them drop into their bodies and connect with emotions that might be suppressed, unacknowledged or lacking in definition. My goal is for them to trust themselves to make empowering choices.
At the start I will meet with the parents/guardians to establish the hopes and concerns they have for their child. We then meet at the halfway mark to address any questions and to share the themes that are being worked on. At the end of three months we meet to discuss the changes the parents/guardians have observed and allow for both the youth and parents to discuss with me how the coaching container has impacted the family as a whole.
What I and the teen discuss is confidential. I respect the privacy of the youth and strive to provide a safe space where they can be as open and honest with me as possible. Parents are able to communicate with me via email or text.

Embodiment Coaching
Embodiment Coaching takes us into the wisdom of the body. This can be extremely helpful for people who disassociate or have trouble feeling emotions in real time. We can either go into a topic and see what the body has to say, or go into the body and see what issues and blocks arise. Through visualizations, guided meditations, movement, vocalizations and journaling we are able to move through the emotions and towards integration of the mind, body and soul.

Embody Tarot
Tarot is a tool that can help us dig deep into the present moment. Many use the tarot for future predictions. But there is only the present moment. What do you need to know right now that will help you with your future concerns?
I combine embodiment coaching and tarot to go deep into the what the cards are saying, what your fears around certain cards are and how you can use the messages of the tarot to fully move in a direction that feels in alignment for you.
